Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the ADES Budget app provided by Sedat Türk. By using the App you agree to these terms. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies.

1) The service

ADES is a personal finance tool for tracking income, expenses, budgets, goals and assets. It does not provide investment, tax or financial advice. Currency, gold and crypto prices come from third-party sources, may be delayed or inaccurate, and are for information only.

2) Premium subscription

• ADES Premium is offered as monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Current price and duration are shown on the purchase screen.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled under Apple's refund policy.
• Your subscription is linked to your ADES account and applies on devices where you sign in with that account.

3) Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not use the App for unlawful purposes.

4) Account deletion

You can delete your account anytime from the Profile screen. Deletion permanently removes your profile and all records; it does not cancel an active subscription.

5) Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". The developer is not liable for financial decisions made based on information shown in the App.
